Refund Policy

For anyone who registers onsite or online for classes or clinics at The Horse First Farm, here is the policy regarding refunds:

• If you contact the office by phone or email at least 2 business days before the registered event, your fee will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.
• If you contact the office by phone or email less than 2 business days before the registered event, your fee will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
• If you do not contact the office to cancel your registration before the day of your event, no refund will be given.

Refunds will be made within 5 business days either against your original credit card transaction, or by cash or check.
